The quartz glass electric heating tube includes a quartz shell, a heating element, and an electrode, and the quartz shell is closed at a single end. It is characterized in that the heating element is arranged in the quartz shell. One end of the heating element is connected to the electrode. The electrode passes through the heating element, the electrode is sheathed with an insulating sleeve, and the two ends of the insulating sleeve are equipped with stoppers. There is a certain gap between the electrode and the insulating sleeve and the heating element. The structure is reasonable , The process is simple, the production cost is low, and it is suitable for mass production.
